wherever those words occur substitute "detention or

imprisonment".

Section 74.

(1) For "penal servitude, imprisonment, or"

substitute "imprisonment or".

Section 74A.

Delete "penal servitude or" wherever those words

occur and delete "and where the sentence for such other

offence

shall be avoided".

Sections 90A and 98A of the Naval Discipline Act shall

not apply to the officers and men of the Force.

Whenever fines are mentioned in the Naval Discipline

Act the corresponding amounts in local currency shall be

substituted for the amounts expressed therein in British

currency.
